"*** Review for Escon Plot Sector 150 Noida**** I visited this project around 1.7 years ago when I was planning to buy, and the builder promised: “The site will be ready with all amenities within 1 year.” Instead of buying here (due to doubts about the builder), I purchased a ready-to-move flat in Noida. Recently, I again considered investing here, so I visited the site again — and honestly, there is no noticeable progress compared to my visit 1.5 years ago. The promises regarding amenities are also fake (zero amenities have been developed as of today), and the builder seems to be creating hype through marketing rather than focusing on real development. Thank God I didn’t invest here, otherwise my hard-earned money would have been stuck and wasted. I visited multiple times and ended up wasting my valuable time as well. ✅ Advice to buyers: Visit the site personally and check YouTube/social media photos and videos from the last 2–3 years to compare the real development progress before investing. Do not rely only on marketing and sales promises. ✅ Advice to the builder: Please stop making false commitments and avoid misleading marketing. Buyers invest their lifetime savings in such projects, so transparency is very important. Focus on actual development work, provide realistic timelines, and share genuine progress updates instead of creating hype."
